Job Purpose

The Packaging Learnership is a one-year fixed-term contract designed to provide learners with both on-the-job and off-the-job training, culminating in a nationally recognized qualification. This structured program integrates theoretical knowledge with practical workplace experience, preparing learners for a successful career in the packaging sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured learnership combining practical work-based learning and theoretical off-the-job training.
  • Apply theoretical concepts in real workplace scenarios to develop relevant skills.
  • Demonstrate competence through various assessment methods aligned with SAQA-registered unit standards.
  • Complete all requirements leading to a national qualification registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).
