Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with debt review and removal processes
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in Debt Review / Debt Removal or 1 year outbound experience
- Excellent client communication skills
- Target-driven and motivated by performance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced contact centre environment
