Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding of new candidates, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, responding to emails, and handling phone inquiries.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and other business communications for the HR and management teams.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and assist in maintaining organized documentation.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide support on ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.
