Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support the onboarding of new candidates, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, responding to emails, and handling phone inquiries.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and other business communications for the HR and management teams.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and assist in maintaining organized documentation.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide support on ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.
