Talent and Skills Development Academy (PTY) LTD is offering an exciting New Venture Creation (NVC) Learnership designed for highly motivated individuals, including candidates with disabilities. This comprehensive programme equips aspiring entrepreneurs with essential skills, knowledge, and practical experience to establish, operate, and grow successful businesses. Participants will complete a nationally recognised qualification while gaining structured theoretical training and hands-on business experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training sessions and assessments
- Develop a business idea and business plan
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies
- Assist with day-to-day business operations
- Apply entrepreneurial, financial, and marketing principles
- Complete all required portfolio of evidence and assessments
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- South African citizen
- Minimum Grade 10; Grade 12 preferred
- Unemployed at the time of appointment
- Interest in entrepreneurship and business development
- Good communication and basic numeracy skills
