Talent and Skills Development Academy (PTY) LTD is offering an exciting New Venture Creation (NVC) Learnership designed for highly motivated individuals. This programme equips aspiring entrepreneurs with the essential skills, knowledge, and practical experience needed to establish, operate, and grow successful enterprises. The learnership is specifically ideal for a male candidate with a disability who is eager to gain structured theoretical training alongside hands-on workplace experience while completing a nationally recognised qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training sessions and assessments
- Develop a business idea and business plan
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies
- Assist with day-to-day business operations
- Apply entrepreneurial, financial, and marketing principles
- Complete all required portfolio of evidence and assessments
Requirements
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- South African citizen
- Approximately 45 years of age
- Minimum Grade 10; Grade 12 preferred
- Unemployed at the time of appointment
- Interest in entrepreneurship and business development
- Good communication and basic numeracy skills
