Talent and Skills Development Academy (PTY) LTD offers a New Venture Creation (NVC) Learnership designed for highly motivated individuals, particularly male candidates with disabilities. This programme provides comprehensive theoretical training combined with practical workplace experience to develop essential entrepreneurial skills. Participants will gain the knowledge and hands-on experience required to establish, operate, and grow successful businesses while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training sessions and assessments
- Develop a viable business idea and detailed business plan
- Conduct thorough market research and feasibility studies
- Assist with daily business operations
- Apply entrepreneurial, financial, and marketing principles effectively
- Complete all required portfolio of evidence and assessments
Qualifications and Experience
- South African citizen
- Approximately 45 years of age
- Minimum Grade 10; Grade 12 preferred
- Unemployed at the time of appointment
- Strong interest in entrepreneurship and business development
- Good communication and basic numeracy skills
