Motus: Wholesale & Retail Operations Learnership Programme 2025 / 2026
Motus Aftermarket Parts is currently seeking unemployed youth who have a passion for the automotive parts industry to join our 12-month learnership programme. This is an excellent opportunity to gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience within our operations department.
Learners will be placed at our branches located in Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Emalahleni. Upon successful completion of this learnership, participants will receive a National Certificate in Wholesale & Retail Operations.
Specific Role Responsibilities:
- Warehouse tasks including picking, binning, and packing
- Sales activities
- Administrative duties
- Retail operations
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree qualification
- Currently unemployed
- No previous work experience required
- Aged between 18-25 years
- Clear criminal record (Essential)
- Certified copy of ID
