Learnership Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in classroom learning and practical on-the-job training aligned with Momentum Metropolitan’s Learnership requirements
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures to excel during training
- Compile and submit a Portfolio of Evidence to the Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA)
- Maintain detailed logbooks documenting work-based learning experiences
- Complete formative and summative assessments, achieving required competency levels
- Demonstrate proficiency in company systems and operational processes
- Exemplify Momentum Group values and conduct yourself professionally as a Momentum Metropolitan employee
- Successfully pass the EISA examination
