Momentum Insure Short Term Insurance Learnership Programmes 2025

Momentum Insure, in collaboration with INSETA (Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority), is presenting an exceptional opportunity for young South Africans to advance their careers in the short-term insurance sector.

The Short Term Insurance Learnership Programme is designed to equip participants with essential skills and hands-on experience specific to the short-term insurance industry. Upon successful completion, graduates will earn a formal National Certificate: Short-Term Insurance, NQF Level 4.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Age between 18 and 25 years (must be 25 by 2025).
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
  • Successfully completed Grade 12/Matric with a minimum of 50% in English; Mathematics proficiency is advantageous.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Currently unemployed and/or lack of prior work experience.
  • Not enrolled in any other institution or holding post-matric qualifications.
  • Not registered for another learnership programme.
  • Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Short-term Insurance.
  • Passionate about learning and thriving in a business environment.
  • Possess a clear criminal and credit record.
