Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participate in classroom learning and practical on-the-job training aligned with Momentum Metropolitan’s Learnership requirements.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures to excel during training.
- Compile a Portfolio of Evidence for submission to the Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA).
- Maintain accurate logbooks documenting work-based learning activities.
- Complete formative and summative assessments, achieving the required competency levels.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using company systems and understanding operational processes.
- Exemplify Momentum Metropolitan’s values and conduct yourself professionally as an employee.
- Successfully pass the End-Point Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA) exam.
Requirements:
- Completed Grade 12 (Matric).
- Passed Mathematics with at least 40% or Mathematical Literacy with a minimum of 60%.
- Passed English and another South African language with a minimum of 50%.
- Computer literacy is advantageous.
- Unemployed and able to commit to the full 12-month programme.
- South African citizen aged between 18 and 30 years.
- Available from 01 February 2026 to 31 January 2027.
- Capable of commuting independently to the workplace.
- Not enrolled in part-time or full-time tertiary studies during the Learnership.
- Not previously completed the same Learnership programme.
