Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service to investors, potential investors, and independent financial advisers through multiple channels, including inbound calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
- Establish trust and confidence by clearly explaining our investment philosophy and long-term investment strategies.
- Educate clients by sharing detailed product and fund knowledge, enabling them to make informed investment decisions.
- Manage end-to-end transactions, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and accuracy.
- Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives by contributing solutions to enhance client satisfaction and resolve issues.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Science with a major in:
- Finance
- Investments
- Economics
- Mathematics
- Statistics
