  • Checking the mathematical accuracy of documents provided by clients.
  • Verifying fixed and other assets and performing inventory counts.
  • Carrying out all required clerical and filing work.
  • Ensuring a clean and tidy work environment while performing basic office management.
  • Performing tasks and work instructions as delegated by senior staff members.
  • Recording minutes of daily briefing meetings and other conducted meetings.
  • Addressing all queries raised regarding work carried out by yourself or junior employees.
