Operational Business Processes and Improvements
- Understanding client business processes and suggesting areas for improvement.
- Verifying source documents against relevant General Ledger (GL) and other reports.
- Checking the mathematical accuracy of documents provided by clients.
- Verifying fixed and other assets and performing inventory counts.
- Carrying out all required clerical and filing work.
- Ensuring a clean and tidy work environment while performing basic office management.
- Performing tasks and work instructions as delegated by senior staff members.
- Recording minutes of daily briefing meetings and other conducted meetings.
- Addressing all queries raised regarding work carried out by yourself or junior employees.
