Design Internship at ActionCOACH Southern Africa
ActionCOACH Southern Africa invites applications for a Design Internship focused on creative and driven individuals passionate about design. This position will have you working alongside the marketing team to support franchise owners across South Africa and internationally. Design is the core focus, but you will also assist across the marketing department. Performance may lead to a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visual content for social media, websites, presentations, campaigns, and internal materials
- Update existing designs to ensure brand guideline compliance
- Provide design support across the broader marketing department
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs
- Collaborate regularly with the marketing team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong passion for design with a good visual eye
- Intermediate to advanced experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
- Good time management skills and ability to work under deadlines
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and reliable attitude
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow
- Own transport (role is remote but requires frequent in-person meetings)
- A team player who contributes ideas and insights
