Lucy Electric: Learnership Opportunities 2025 / 2026
Purpose: To provide structural work-based learning on a rotational basis amongst various departments within the business. Exposure to theoretical learning combined with practical workplace experience, leading to a recognized qualification as well as valuable skills and knowledge.
Key Accountabilities:
- No previous professional work experience is required.
- Attendance at all required training sessions is mandatory.
- Shadow experienced professionals to gain on-the-job knowledge.
- Assist with day-to-day departmental tasks and provide administrative support, including:
- General administration
- Answering and operating the call system
- Boardroom coordination and upkeep
- Filing and sorting
- Coordination of travel bookings
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Matric or Grade 12 qualification.
- Currently unemployed and not enrolled in any SETA funded programmes.
- Computer proficiency/literacy.
- Commitment to the full duration of the programme.
