AVBOB Long Term Insurance Unemployed Learnership Programme
AVBOB, in partnership with INSETA, is offering a twelve (12) months Long Term Insurance Unemployed Learnership programme. This NQF Level 4 qualification carries 140 credits and combines structured work-based learning with theoretical training provided by an accredited training provider. The programme offers practical workplace experience leading to a registered qualification in the insurance sector.

Learnership Criteria
- Willingness to work in AVBOB offices located in the specified provinces and branches.
- Possession of a valid matric certificate.
- Completed English and either Maths, Maths Literacy, or Accounting as matric subjects.
- Age between 18 and 35 years.
- No previous learnerships attended.
- Not registered with any other academic institution or engaged in other studies.
- Reliable mode of transportation.
- Smartphone or laptop is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer skills including MS Office, email, and internet are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and show initiative.
- Must be a South African citizen.
