This NQF Level 4 qualification carries 140 credits and combines structured work-based learning with theoretical training through an accredited provider. The programme provides practical workplace experience, leading to a registered qualification in the Insurance sector.

Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Willingness to work in AVBOB offices across various provinces and branches
- Possession of a valid matric certificate
- Matric subjects must include English and either Maths, Maths Literacy, or Accounting
- Age between 18 and 35 years
- No previous learnerships attended
- Not registered with any other academic institution or engaged in other studies
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Smartphone or laptop is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer skills including MS Office, e-mail, and internet are advantageous
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
- Must be a South African citizen
