Lesaka Technologies Internship Programme – Launch Your Sales Career

This 12-month paid internship provides recent graduates with hands-on sales experience in a fast-growing fintech environment. The programme offers mentorship, skills development, and real sales exposure, not just administrative tasks. Successful candidates will work directly in the field, engaging merchants and business owners while contributing to commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Account Sales Executives to drive new business development
  • Engage with merchants and business owners to promote digital payment and prepaid products
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and conduct field visits within assigned territories
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance retention
  • Manage sales targets, pipelines, and performance metrics
  • Participate in regular sales training and development sessions

Minimum Requirements

  • South African citizen, aged 18–29 years
  • Currently unemployed
  • Matric (Grade 12) certificate mandatory
  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business Management, BCOM or related fields advantageous
