Learnership Opportunity – CFTL Manufacturing Process NQF 2 (People with Disability)

Location: Willowton, Pietermaritzburg

Stipend: R5 500 per month

Contract Duration: 12 Months

A well-established manufacturing company is offering an exciting Clothing, Footwear, Textile and Leather (CFTL) Manufacturing Process NQF 2 Learnership for motivated young individuals seeking practical experience in a production environment.

Minimum Requirements

  • Age: 18 – 30 years
  • Grade 12 with Mathematics 45% OR Maths Literacy 50%, and English 50%
  • Willingness to work shifts and in a factory environment

Responsibilities & Learning Areas

You will be based on the production floor and trained in:

  • Manufacturing carpets and working with fibre and yarn
  • Basic manufacturing and factory skills
  • Operating machinery and equipment
  • Workplace safety and quality standards
  • Teamwork and communication in a production environment
  • Basic problem-solving on the production line
  • Understanding materials used in textile and leather production
