Job Description

The Truworths Learnership program offers individuals the chance to be cross-trained, enabling them to operate effectively on both the sales floor and the service desk within a retail environment. This role focuses on working closely with customers and managing stock efficiently to ensure a seamless retail experience.

Participants will develop essential retail skills, gaining hands-on experience in customer service and stock handling, which are critical to success in the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate on the sales floor, assisting customers with product selections.
  • Manage the service desk, handling customer inquiries and transactions.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with stock replenishment.
  • Complete all required logbooks and prepare for regular assessments.
  • Demonstrate competence as a cross-trained sales consultant.
