Eligibility Criteria
- Age between 18 and 35 years
- Certificate of disability (Medical Certificate from a specialist)
- Industry knowledge is an added advantage
- Some working experience is advantageous
- Must not have participated in any previous learnership

- Good interpersonal skills and self-driven/starter attitude

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
