Job Description
The African Recruitment And Training PWD Learnership is designed to provide quality training, practical experience, and a pathway to long-term employability. This program aligns with national skills development and employment equity goals, specifically targeting persons living with physical disabilities, including emotional, mental, and physical impairments.
Position Information
- Education: Matric certificate required. Candidates must be able to communicate clearly in English.
- Disability: Applicants must be persons living with a physical disability, including emotional, mental, or physical impairments. Disability will be verified by medical practitioners. Any special requirements must be disclosed upfront and must not impact the overall objective of the learnership.
- Age: Between 18 and 35 years old.
- Availability: The learnership starts on 1st November 2025 and runs for 12 months, Monday to Friday. Attendance is required daily from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates must not be enrolled in any other learnership during this period.
- Travel: Candidates must be able to travel to and from the campus and workplace without constraints.
- Monthly Stipend: Paid monthly at the end of each month.
