About the Learnership Programme
The MiWay Learnership Programme is an entry-level transformation initiative designed to build a sustainable pipeline of skilled professionals to support the business in achieving its objectives. This programme addresses the current skills shortage within the financial services sector.
Over the 12-month internship, candidates will obtain their RE5 regulatory qualification, a mandatory certification for working in the insurance industry. This qualification also enables learners to apply for professional membership of the Insurance Institute of South Africa (IISA) under the designation category of IISA Member (MIISA).
The learnership combines practical knowledge transfer with structured work experience and formal learning through an accredited training provider.
