This role focuses on guiding learners through the Occupational Certificate in Software Development, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support learners throughout the Occupational Certificate in Software Development learnership program.
• Deliver training sessions effectively, adapting to learners’ needs and learning styles.
• Monitor and assess learner progress to ensure successful completion of the program.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to learner performance and attendance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the learning experience and outcomes.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in education, training, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years’ facilitation experience, preferably in software development or IT-related learnerships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with learners and stakeholders.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Upington, Northern Cape.
