Job Description
Securitytech is seeking a dedicated Intern to join our maintenance team. The primary purpose of this role is to support the maintenance of production facilities, ensuring their technical operability, safety, and efficiency. This includes working with mechanical, electronic, and pneumatic systems while emphasizing quality, trust, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the technical operability of production facilities.
- Repair, maintain, and service production facilities, particularly card personalization systems and inserting machines.
- Conduct independent fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Plan and execute regular maintenance, servicing work, and safety inspections.
- Document all maintenance and repair work carried out.
- Exhibit a willingness to work in flexible working time models.
- Work in accordance with established bodies (PCI/ISO/CQM, etc.).
- Develop and implement long-term solutions to improve departmental efficiency with a focus on maintenance.
- Maintain spare parts inventory levels.
- Complete job goals while striving for quality, trust, and security.
