Who Are We?

Sanlam Group Technology is responsible for the provision of a digitally enabled technology service as a group COE, driving business transformation and providing group-wide digital and data architecture. We operate various technology platforms and shared services, ensure Cyber and Information Security resilience, and act as technology governance and risk orchestrator for technology across Sanlam.

What Will You Do?

As an intern, you will:

  • Receive purchase requests, obtain quotations, and place orders with suitable suppliers.
  • Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and other documents or amendments.
  • Work according to laid down procedures and delegated authority regarding discretion and decision-making.

What Will Make You Successful in This Role?

  • Fulfillment of software license requests via SRS.
  • Requesting software license quotations from vendors.
  • Updating the license register system with entitlements, user, and product information.
  • License assignments via various web portals.
  • Logging of Software Certification requests for new software.

Qualifications

  • Matric
  • Degree or Diploma in Finance/Administration

Knowledge And Skills
