Key Responsibilities
Services SETA is seeking a dedicated professional to assist the ICT Governance and Service Delivery Manager with various critical tasks aimed at enhancing IT service quality and governance within the organization.
- Assist in compiling comprehensive governance reports to support organizational transparency.
- Support the implementation of the information security programme to safeguard IT assets.
- Assist in ICT audit reporting and provide relevant information for audit processes.
- Contribute to ICT risk management activities, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Support vendor management activities, including reporting and coordination.
- Assist with ICT reporting responsibilities to all committees where ICT is represented.
- Initiate and roll out all approved ICT projects effectively and on schedule.
- Compile and monitor ICT project issues, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
- Assist in producing detailed ICT project reports for stakeholder review.
- Support the development and management of ICT project plans and associated deliverables.
- Assist in managing project budgets to ensure financial accountability and project success.
