The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) is seeking to empower young graduates with essential knowledge, skills, and exposure to market conduct regulation and supervision, as well as its critical role in the economy. This internship program is meticulously designed to create a pipeline of competent new entrants into the labor market while assisting the FSCA in fulfilling its mandate to:
- Transform the integrity of financial markets.
- Protect financial customers by promoting fair treatment from financial institutions.
- Provide financial education to customers and maintain financial stability.
Recommended candidates will have the opportunity to learn under the guidance of a dedicated mentor. Interns will be assigned to a division based on their qualifications and career aspirations, receiving various competency-based training throughout the one-year internship program.
