Job Description

As an Intern – Desktop Engineer, you will:

• Provide 1st line End User Support for all IT-related incidents and requests, including hardware, software, printing, and networking issues.
• Engage effectively and supportively with users.
• Assist with Service Desk duties, such as logging calls on the ticketing system, answering calls, and managing the ticket lifecycle.
• Manage assigned tickets to ensure customer SLA is met.
