Duties & Responsibilities
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Ensure compliance in the recruitment process by screening resumes, qualifications, application forms, and conducting compliance checks
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
- Gather payroll data, i.e., bank confirmation letters, SARS letters, etc.
- Ensure employee personnel files are up to date and data is accurate as per the onboarding checklist
- Ensure accurate reporting by preparing HR-related reports as needed
- Assist in collecting audit-required information (internal, external, BBBEE, etc.)
- Assist with compiling the relevant WSP and ATR by due dates
- Ensure administration of all SETA requirements
- Other duties as assigned
