Job Description
The HR Intern at HR Capital Solutions will play a vital role in supporting the HR Operations team, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective HR services to the dealership. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance, all within the dynamic context of motor retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Support HR documentation processes, including contracts, letters, and personnel files.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
- Assist in coordinating training and induction sessions.
- Participate in HR compliance audits and reporting.
- Provide general administrative support to the dealership team.
- Engage with the dealership team to support HR-related needs and initiatives.
- Assist with employee engagement and wellness programmes.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
