Job Description
The Electoral Commission of South Africa (IEC) is seeking an Intern: Human Resources and Training to assist in the efficient administration and coordination of human resources and training projects within the organization. As an independent body established under Chapter Nine of the Constitution, the IEC is responsible for managing elections for the National Assembly, provincial legislatures, and municipal councils.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of human resources projects.
- Support training initiatives and programs within the organization.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR activities.
- Provide administrative support to the Assistant Manager: Human Resources and Training.
- Participate in various HR-related tasks as assigned.
Contract Details
This internship is a 24-month contract position with a monthly stipend of R10,441.00.
