As a Business Administration Learner, you will gain exposure to various aspects of our organisation. Throughout the 12-month learnership, the focus will be on acquiring knowledge and practical skills in record management, problem-solving, ethics, cultural awareness, self-development, teamwork, and understanding business policies and procedures within a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on administrative systems with colleagues.
- Enhance organisational efficiency.
- Provide both routine and requested information.
- Excel within the administrative department.
- Contribute as a valuable team member and knowledge worker.
- Promote positive interactions with colleagues and embrace cultural diversity.
- Recognise and respond to potential office fraud risks.
- Employ effective time management techniques.
Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 with at least 50% pass in Mathematics, Math Literacy, English Home Language, and First Additional Language.
- Must have matriculated between 2022-2024 (targeted youth to empower youth to become employable).
- Must be currently unemployed.
- Must be willing to commit to the full 12-month learnership.
- You need to be punctual, disciplined & reliable.
- Strong communication and basic computer literacy.
