Eligibility Requirements
- South African citizen aged between 18 and 25 years
- Completed Matric/Grade 12
- Passed English with 60% or higher and one additional language
- Passed Mathematics with at least 50% or Mathematics Literacy with 60% or higher
- Not currently studying or registered for any other learnership program
- No prior participation in a formal learnership within the insurance industry
- Currently unemployed or not employed in a corporate environment for more than six months
- Computer literacy is an advantage
