Hill’s Pet Nutrition South Africa is excited to announce the Graduate Trainee Programme for 2025/2026. This program offers early-career graduates a unique opportunity to embark on their professional development journey within our commercial functions, including Customer Development, Customer Service & Logistics, and Marketing.
Successful candidates will gain valuable learning experiences through job rotations and project assignments. Upon successful completion of the 24-month program, participants may be offered a permanent position within the company, depending on performance and business needs.
As part of our commercial team, you will play a key role in helping Hill’s Pet Nutrition delight consumers and customers daily. By taking winning actions for our brand, you will contribute to category growth and enhance consumer engagement for mutual success.
