GTM Workflow Automation Intern at Quanted
Quanted is seeking a GTM Workflow Automation Intern to collaborate closely with the CEO and Founder’s Associate in building and monitoring systems that drive commercial execution. This remote internship offers hands-on experience in automating and optimizing workflows using top industry tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain GTM workflows across HubSpot, Apollo, n8n, Lovable, Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack.
- Design and improve automations supporting marketing, sales, partnerships, and internal execution.
- Manage GTM system data quality, including CRM structure, enrichment logic, and ongoing hygiene.
- Monitor automations, troubleshoot failures, and enhance reliability as processes evolve.
- Work with the CEO and Founder’s Associate to translate operational needs into effective workflows and tools.
- Create clear internal documentation and lightweight reporting to enable scalable systems.
- Assist the CEO with administrative and coordination tasks.
