Great Opportunity: Administration Clerk at the Office of the Chief Justice (OCJ)

Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: Matric Certificate. A three-year National Diploma/Degree in HRM, Public Administration, or an equivalent and relevant qualification at NQF level 6 with 360 credits as recognized by SAQA will be an added advantage.
  • Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Knowledge: Proficiency in PERSAL is advantageous (shortlisted candidates must submit PERSAL certificate/results). Understanding of HRM/D legislation and policies, HRD and PMDS concepts, and Public Service regulations.
    • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, project management, analytical, report writing, and presentation skills. Excellent organizing and planning abilities, along with computer literacy (MS Office).
    • Additional Knowledge: Familiarity with HRD-related standards, practices, processes, and procedures. Understanding of Batho Pele principles.
