Duties & Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting consultants with sourcing and screening candidates
- Conducting research on industry trends and talent markets
- Managing candidate databases and job postings
- Participating in interviews and assessments
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process
What we’re looking for:
- A recently completed degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, eager-to-learn mindset
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
