Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Project Management Analysts to provide accurate data on cost, schedule, scope, utilization, change orders, and quality to aid decision-making.
  • Prepare correspondence, project status reports, and presentation materials for project team and customer meetings.
  • Take and prepare minutes for global Project team meetings.
  • Assist in coordinating project schedules.
  • Support the risk and issue management process.
  • Contribute to relevant sections of Project Management Plans.
  • Assist in project resource allocation.
  • Manage project-specific eTraining and ensure compliance.
  • Gain exposure to managing project finances, including Estimate at Completion (EAC), monthly expenses, invoices, and reconciliations.
  • Learn about the project vendor management process.
  • Understand and support the maintenance of project baseline and change control processes.
  • Support the management of performance dashboards.
  • Assist Project Management Analysts and Project Leaders with file reviews and audits as needed.
  • Drive compliance in electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) filing, focusing on completeness, timeliness, and quality.
