Your Role

This internship opportunity is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in internal sales and business development. You will gain valuable experience in sales processes, customer relationship management, and digital sales platforms while supporting the Sales team in achieving business objectives. Reporting directly to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting field sales representatives with sales activities
  • Contributing to organisational growth through sustainable sales exposure to Atlas Copco’s product and service range, with a focus on remote customer engagement
  • Supporting E-commerce initiatives by driving user adoption of the Smart portal and assisting with onboarding and training of distributors and customers
  • Identifying opportunities to expand the scope for outgoing quotes
  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining customer relationships via telephone and digital channels
  • Learning to use CRM systems for managing customer data and quotes
  • Participating in seminars, exhibitions, and marketing activities for industry exposure
  • Supporting the team in ensuring efficient territory coverage
  • Contributing ideas to business plans and sales strategies
