This opportunity is ideal for graduates holding a Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Law who are passionate about launching a career in financial services and helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Workplace Experience: Fully participate in all workplace activities aligned to your development objectives.
- Learning & Development: Attend and engage in structured training and development interventions.
- Customer Support: Assist customers and team members to ensure ongoing performance and service excellence.
- Administration: Complete all required administrative tasks including tracking and reporting.
- Sales to Target: Actively work leads efficiently to achieve agreed strike rates and productivity measures.
- Customer Experience: Deliver service excellence and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain confidentiality of client information and follow prescribed scripts to ensure compliance.
FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements
- FSCA-Approved Qualification
- Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5)
- Product Specific Training and Continuous Professional Development once onboarded
- Attest to honesty, integrity, and good standing
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting (Required)
- National Senior Certificate / Matric (Grade 12) (Required)
- Preference for candidates with FSCA-approved qualifications and RE5 Regulatory Exam
