The company offers a Gaming Operations Learnership aimed at unemployed individuals seeking to enter the gaming industry.
National Certificate in Gaming Operations Learnership Programme
This accredited programme provides unemployed candidates with an opportunity to obtain a National Certificate in Gaming Operations (NQF Level 4). The qualification enhances learners’ chances of securing employment within the gaming sector.
Selected candidates will undergo a series of assessments prior to acceptance into the programme. The learnership requires a 12-month commitment, during which learners will receive a monthly stipend. Carnival City will provide workplace coaching and host the learners, ensuring practical exposure to the gaming industry.
Upon completion, candidates will have gained valuable hands-on experience and a recognized qualification, improving their employment prospects in gaming operations.
