Requirements
Qualifying Criteria
- Matric certificate or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Valid South African ID document.
- English language proficiency (passed).
- Ability to work shifts, including in smoking areas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-presented and articulate.
- Self-motivated with high levels of initiative and drive.
- Physically able to stand for long periods and handle relevant tools and equipment.
Skills and Competencies
- Compliance with gaming license requirements.
- Knowledge of gaming components.
- Emotional resilience and effective listening skills.
Applicants should note this is a learnership programme and does not guarantee permanent employment. Successful completion of the programme, availability of suitable vacancies, and licensing approval by the KwaZulu-Natal Gambling Board are prerequisites for any appointments.
Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in accordance with the Employment Equity Act, internal recruitment policies, and Gaming Board license conditions.
