National Certificate in Gaming Operations Learnership Programme
This accredited learnership programme offers unemployed individuals an opportunity to obtain a National Certificate in Gaming Operations (NQF Level 4). The 12-month programme provides learners with essential workplace exposure within the gaming industry, enhancing their employment prospects upon completion. Candidates must be willing to work in both smoking and non-smoking environments.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure all equipment in the work area is functioning and ready for service.
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned sections or stations.
- Communicate and follow up on equipment faults or defects.
- Provide guests with a warm welcome, greeting them courteously on arrival and departure.
- Clear slot machines on designated days and conduct daily counts.
- Capture data accurately into the system.
- Report any suspicious transactions promptly.
- File and maintain documentation as required.

- Appointment is subject to KwaZulu-Natal Gaming Board licensing.
