Sustainability Graduate / Intern
Role and Responsibilities: Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of social and environmental sustainability initiatives. Focus on minimizing the company’s ecological footprint through innovative solutions. Engage in empowerment initiatives, including socio-economic development, enterprise and supplier development, and skills enhancement programs. Maintain comprehensive records, compile detailed reports, conduct assurance audits, respond to sustainability-related queries, and provide essential administrative support.
Qualifications: A degree in Social Sciences, Commerce, or Engineering is required.
Logistics Intern
Role and Responsibilities: Assist the Logistics Planner in efficiently planning and coordinating stock movements, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Manage daily local, export, and inter-branch shipments. Collaborate with internal sales teams and external partners for load planning and prioritization. Optimize third-party logistics (3PL) fleet capacity based on order volumes for local and inter-branch deliveries. Ensure timely order deliveries and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective inventory management.
Qualifications: A diploma or degree in Logistics or a related field is required.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant work experience is advantageous.
