- Matric plus a Degree in Finance or a related field (Bcom Finance; Bcom Accounting; Bcom Financial Management)
- Age: 18 – 35 years old
- Currently unemployed
- No prior participation in any internship programme
- South African citizenship
- Preference will be given to EE designated groups
