Fidelity Services Group: Call Centre Agents
Fidelity Services Group is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Call Centre Agents to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to and from customers
- Listen attentively to customers’ needs or issues and provide effective solutions
- Promote Umsuka products and assist clients in completing application forms over the phone
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
- Take messages and direct them to the relevant personnel
- Guide callers through troubleshooting processes and navigating the Umsuka App
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
NB: Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role will be advantageous.
