Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by being visible and providing a friendly and professional experience.
- Respond to basic product knowledge queries from customers.
- Assist or direct customers to products.
- Execute and maintain all merchandising duties in accordance with store and visual merchandise standards.
- Efficiently restock shelves and help maintain a clean and orderly store environment.
- Wrap and bag items purchased by customers.
- Inform customers about promotions and offerings.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate.
Advantageous: Experience in a sales or service environment is desirable.
