Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by being visible and providing a friendly and professional experience.
  • Respond to basic product knowledge queries from customers.
  • Assist or direct customers to products.
  • Execute and maintain all merchandising duties in accordance with store and visual merchandise standards.
  • Efficiently restock shelves and help maintain a clean and orderly store environment.
  • Wrap and bag items purchased by customers.
  • Inform customers about promotions and offerings.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate.

Advantageous: Experience in a sales or service environment is desirable.
