Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance of company facilities infrastructure, ensuring all systems function correctly
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of facilities equipment to identify faults or inefficiencies
- Support preventative maintenance activities, working with technicians to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Assist in the installation, repair, and troubleshooting of facility infrastructure components
- Document maintenance activities and compile reports on facilities infrastructure system performance
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance regulations within the facility
- Work closely with the Facilities team and external contractors on facility infrastructure projects
- Assist in energy efficiency initiatives and sustainability projects within the organization
Competencies
- Strong technical aptitude in electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems
- Knowledge of electrical safety regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
