Exxaro Graduate Internship Programme 2025
Exxaro is offering a 24-month internship program for graduates. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend throughout the duration of the contract.
The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Personal performance in accordance with the training programme.
- Committing to the Company Rules and Regulations.

Finance Interns
Diploma/Degree / BTech in:
- Financial Accounting
- Cost Accounting
- Management Accounting
- or Internal Auditing
Information Management Interns
BTech / BSc in:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
Supply Chain Management Interns
- Diploma/Degree / BTech in: Supply Chain Management
Geology Interns
- Diploma/Degree / BTech in: Geology
Industrial Engineering Interns
- BTech Industrial Engineering
People and Performance Development (HRD) Interns
National Diploma/B Tech/B Com in:
- Human Resource Development
- Human Resource Management
- or ETDP Level 5 with a Technical Qualification (Essential/ Minimum)
